How we handle your data
This page explains what we collect through the inquiry form, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
Who processes the data

What we collect
Through the form on the Contact page we collect only what you type yourself: your name, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, what you are interested in and your message. Name and email are required, because without them we cannot reply; every other field is up to you.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your inquiry and arrange your stay. We do not use your details for marketing messages, we do not sell them and we do not pass them to third parties for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before sending.
Where the message travels
The form is processed by Web3Forms, a service that forwards the message to our email address and uses it for nothing else. After that your message lives in our inbox, exactly like any message you would have sent us directly.
How long we keep inquiries
We keep received inquiries for 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If you want your inquiry deleted sooner, simply write to us — we delete it without asking why and without delay.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. One email to the address in the first section is enough for all of it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no visitor tracking tools. The video on the Adventures page loads from YouTube in its no-cookie version, and only once you scroll down to it. If we ever add analytics that rely on cookies, you will be told and asked for consent before anything starts being measured.
Bookings through Booking.com
Once you leave our site for Booking.com, their privacy rules and their cookies apply — we have no influence over that and receive nothing from their side beyond the booking itself.
